摘要
针对传统中央空调能耗大的问题,结合变频技术提出基于DDC在中央空调节能控制系统的应用,设计了由DDC、变频器、温度传感器等器件构成的温差闭环控制系统。系统能自动调节变频器的工作频率,实现了对冷却水塔排风机的变频控制,达到了节能目的。
In view of the high energy consumption of traditional central air-conditioning, combinging with frequency conversion technology, this paper proposes the application of DDC in the control system of central air-conditioning, and designs a temper-ature difference closed-loop system consisting of DDC, vari-able-frequency drive, temperature transducer and so on. The system can automatically adjust the working frequency of variable-fre-quency drive, thus realizing the variable-frequency control of cool-ing tower and exhaust fan, and achieving the goal of energy saving.
