摘要
国家电网H公司在国网公司统一指导下,不断创新,已经形成了比较健全、分级分类的绩效考核体系。本文主要探讨采用层次分析法对H公司基于平衡记分卡的绩效指标体系进行权重设计。
Under the unified guidance of State Grid, H Company is implementing continuous innovation, having formed a relatively perfect, hierarchical and classified performance evaluation sys-tem. This paper mainly explores the weight design for the perfor-mance index system based on balanced score card of H Company with analytic hierarchy process.
