充分发挥工会的职能,做好职工的思想工作,维护职工合法权益是基层工会面临的一项重要任务,也是广大煤矿工人对工会组织的最大期望和要求。怎样当好基层工会主席,应该是每一位基层工会主席需要认真探索的问题。作为煤炭企业,工会工作与安全生产、经营管理紧密相连。工会工作要围绕企业中心工作和任务,创造性地开展针对性活动,把职工的积极性、智慧和创造力引导到企业改革发展上来,要积极组织员工大力开展"提合理化建议,为企业出谋划策"、"增效益、保安全、促发展"等与生产紧密相关的活动,虽然做这些工作很费心,但效果很好,既能调动职工的工作积极性,也可为企业节约生产成本,促进企业的改革与发展。

Giving full play to the functions of the labor union, well implementing the ideological work and safeguarding workers＇ le-gitimate rights and interests, is an important task for the grass-roots labor union, as well as the top expectation and requirement of core workers for the labor union. So how to be a qualified chairman for the grassroots labor union should be an issue every chairman for the grassroots labor union should explore meticu-lously. In a coal enterprise, the labor union work is closely related to safe production, marketing and management. The labor union work should revolve around the core work and task of the enter-prise, creatively implementing pertinent activities, guiding work-ers＇ enthusiasm, wisdom and creativity to enterprise reform and development, actively organizing workers to vigorously implement activities closely related to production, such as ＂giving rational advice and suggestions for the enterprise＂, ＂increasing benefit, ensuring safety and promoting development＂. The work is painstaking, but we have achieved impressive results. It has not only motivated workers＇ enthusiasm in the work, but also saved production costs and promoted enterprise reform and develop-ment.
