Website application technologies have been flourishing day by day with the rapid development of information technology. Internet has become one of the three major media,along with the newspaper and the radio/TV. In such a new era, it has also become an indispensible channel for strengthening the work of law popularization. This paper designs and establishes a law-popularizing website based on PHP framework technology to offer law popularization services with legal consultation as the core service.
