乳腺癌患者体内B7-H1、PD-1、IL-10的关系分析 被引量:1

摘要 选取病理实验室石蜡切片标本63例和手术切除新鲜标本27例,乳腺癌标本55例为观察组,乳腺正常组织35例为对照组,经免疫组化法对B7-H1,PD-1,IL-10三个指标进行分析。观察组B7-H1、PD-1和IL-10表达均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B7-H1、PD-1在乳腺癌中的表达呈正相关,B7-H1、PD-1与IL-10均无明显相关性。乳腺癌患者体内B7-H1,PD-1有相关性,B7-H1、PD-1与IL-10均无明显相关性。
