摘要
用Na OH、Na NO2、Na NO3为主要成分(10∶3∶1.5)的热碱发蓝工艺研究了30钢板在不同冷变形量下的发蓝处理氧化膜的性能,通过显微观察、硬度测量、擦拭试验、侵蚀试验得出变形量对氧化膜的连续性、致密度有重要影响。在试验中总结出大批量30钢板发蓝处理的双级处理工艺:除油除锈→温水清洗→清水冲洗→表面检测→装槽发蓝一级处理→装槽发蓝二级处理→清水冲洗→钝化→清水冲洗→侵油处理。
Using NaOH, NaNO2 , NaNO3 (10∶3∶1. 5) as the main component, the bluing process on the 30 steel on the performance of different cold deformation amount of Bluing film was studied, through the microscope, hardness measurement, wipe test, corrosion test of deformation continuity, the density of the oxide film had an important influence. The two-stage process large quantities of 30 steel bluing in the experiment were summed up as follows: oil and rust removing, cleaning, rinse with warm water, surface inspection, loading and unloading and loading trough level of treatment, and two stage treatment, rinse and passivation, rinse, invasion of oil treatment.
