热氧老化下聚合物无机基复合材料抗开裂研究

摘要 聚合物改性无机基复合材料是一种具有优异的新型功能材料,而聚合物乳液添加量对其抗开裂性能有很大的影响。将聚四氟乙烯-聚丙烯酸酯乳液按照不同比例加入到复合材料体系中,然后涂覆至打磨光滑的马口铁板上制成样板在常温养护后经140 h热氧老化实验并检测其力学性能,结果发现:添加质量比为40%时样板开裂情况最为严重,另外乳液对复合材料附着性能和抗弯折性能改善较大,对其耐冲击性能改善不明显。 The inorganic-based composite improved by polymeric is a kind of new excellent functional materials, whose resisting cracking are affected by the different ratio of polymer emulsion. The polytetrafluoroethylene polyacrylate emulsion was added to composite’s system in different ratio, and the painted samples were acquired by the way of polishing tin model, with thermo-oxidative aging for 140 h under the normal temperature conservation. The experiment results showed that the sample cracking situation was the most serious with additional amount about 40% and the adhesive and bending-resistance properties of polymeric added emulsion were improved evidently, but the shocking-resistance property was not.
