无机中空微球比表面积大、密度低、独特的内部空间结构,日益受到研究者的关注。二氧化钛中空微球可以用于光催化、水处理、显示材料、储氢能源、锂离子电池和染料敏化太阳能电池等多个领域,是一种极有应用前景和发展潜力的功能材料。本文首先通过简单工艺制备二氧化钛中空微球,并考察了在紫外光照射下光催化降解亚甲基蓝的应用。结果显示,制备的二氧化钛中空微球粒径约300 nm,中空结构明显,晶型为锐钛矿型。而作为催化剂,在紫外灯照射下能有效完成对难降解有机染料亚甲基蓝的降解,最高降解率为95%。
Hollow nanostructures have attracted a great interest for their applications in catalyst support, surface coatings, dye-sensitized solar cells and rechargeable batteries, because of their possess low density, high surface area, low coefficients of thermal expansion and low refractive index. A simple and convenient way to prepare titania hollow spheresis was explored and the hollow particles were applied to photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue as photocatalysts. The average diameter of the hollow spheres was approximately 300 nm, which exhibited hollow structure and anatase obviously. Futhermore, the hollow titania particles exhibited good photocatalytic activity for the degradation of methylene blue under ultraviolet irradiation, and the degradation rate was 95%.
