摘要 石灰石-石膏法脱硫调试过程中,常会出现远程控制系统(DCS)显示正常,而实际情况是吸收塔溢流管道已经有泡沫状液体流出的现象。出现这样的现象说明吸收塔浆液顶部已经产生了大量泡沫,并溢流出来。吸收塔浆液起泡并溢流对脱硫系统安全稳定运行有很多负面的影响。本文阐述了吸收塔浆液起泡的现象,并对起泡导致溢流的危害进行分析,针对问题提出解决的方案,希望能为烟气脱硫工作人员管理吸收塔起泡现象提供帮助。 In the commissioning process of the limestone-gypsum desulphurization, the following phenomenon was often appeared:distance control system ( DCS) showed that the absorber level was normal, but the actual situation was absorber overflow pipe with a foamy fluid flow. This phenomenon showed that absorber slurry was born into a large amount of foam on top of it, and overflowed from the overflow pipe. Absorber slurry foaming and the overflow had a lot negative effects to the desulfurization system safety and stable operation. In view of the absorber slurry foaming phenomenon, the cause and the dangers of foaming lead to overflow were analyzed, solutions methods to the problem were discussed, hope to do some help to the management of absorber slurry foaming phenomenon by workers in flue gas desulfurization.
