摘要
介绍了专业实验教学与创新实验结合对学生整体思维能力、实践能力和创新精神培养的意义,与专业教学实验相比,指出了创新实验所具有的优点。重点阐述了气固相加氢反应过程对《化学反应工程》教学的重要性以及对工业发展的重要作用。以硝基苯催化加氢为苯胺为例子,探索了气固相加氢反应实验的开展对开发学生创新意识、增强学生创新实践能力、提高《化学反应工程》课程教学质量的促进作用,以达到培养高水平创新人才的目的。
The significance of the effects of the combining of specialty experiment teaching and innovation experiment on the training of the students’ overall thinking ability, practival ability and the creative spirit were discussed. Compared with the specialty experiment teaching, the advantage innovative experiment was pointed out. The importance role of the gas-solid phase hydrogenation process for the Chemical Reaction Engineering teaching and the industrial development were focused on. The experiment of nitrobenzene catalytic hydrogenation to aniline was used as an example, and the promoting of the carried out of the gas-solid phase hydrogenation reactions on the development of the students’ innovative awareness, the enhancing of the students’ creative and practical ability, and the improvement of the teaching quality of the Chemical Reaction Engineering were explored, meeting the purpose of training high level innovative talents.
