摘要
海洋平台分段的吊装是一道非常重要的工序,吊装方案设计是否合理,直接影响分段吊装后产生变形的大小。该文以400ft自升式钻井平台上层建筑分段吊装方案为例,对生产部门设计的851P分段吊装方案利用有限元计算软件进行校核。为更加合理地控制分段吊装变形,提出了利用槽钢替代方管作为工艺撑的改进方案,并对两种设计方案的效果进行比较,为今后海洋平台建造工艺水平的提升提供参考和借鉴。
The block lifting is a very important procedure during the offshore platform construction. Whether the lifting scheme is reasonable or not, that will directly affect the size of block distortion. Based on the lifting scheme deckhouse block 851P, designed by production department, strength evaluation was done in finite element method. For making a more rea- sonable lifting scheme, the square pipe was replaced by channel section steel as support bar. And both schemes were compared in order to improve the construction techniques for the shipyard.
