摘要
浮式钻井生产储存外输系统(FDPSO)是一种可在深水油田应用的,集钻井、生产、储卸油为一体的新型浮式装置。针对西非海域进行FDPSO的总体设计,同时确定了FDPSO油、气、水的处理方案,并依据《海上油气工程设计实用手册》进行了相关设备的设计计算。通过相平衡理论,对油气的分离级数和分离压力进行详细的分析计算,提出采用段塞流捕集器加上二级分离为最优处理方式,最终绘制了油气处理模块设备布置图和管线图。
As a new kind of floating structures, Floating drilling production storage and offloading system (FDPSO) includes drilling, production, storage and offloading functions. FDPSO overall design has been made for West African waters. Meanwhile the final processing schemes for FDPSO oil, gas and water have been determined, and based on" Offshore Oil and Gas Engineering Design Practical Handbook", related equipment calculations have been made. According to the equilibrium theory, a detailed calculation about the separation stages and the pressure of oil and gas has been carried out. And then concludes that using slug catcher plus two separators is an optimal approach. Finally, the layout and piping of FDPSO oil and gas processing module has been drawn.
