海工装备投资项目后评价体系研究

Research on Project Post Evaluation for Offshore Engineering Units

该文介绍了项目后评价体系的概念和意义,指出了工程建设投资项目与海工装备投资项目的主要区别。结合海工装备投资项目的特点,首次构建了海工装备投资项目后评价体系;基于层次分析法,确定了体系中各项指标权值;最后提出海工装备投资后评价成功度的定量评价方法,并应用在中海油多个典型装备投资项目中,取得了较好的效果。

This paper not only describes the concept of project post evaluation, but also analyses the difference between offshore engineering project and general project. According to offshore engineering units＇ characters, it builds up offshore engineering project evaluation system. On the base of the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the weight values are calculated. At last, the paper gives the successful degree method, which applies on several offshore engineer- ing projects and made good results.
