47例胆道再次手术分析

The Analysis of 47 Patients with Biliary Tract Reoperation

目的：探讨胆道再次手术的原因和处理措施。方法：对我院从1998年1月-2010年12月47例胆道再次手术进行回顾分析。结果：胆道再次手术以结石复发和（或）残留为主，占85．1％。再手术以胆道探查取石加T型管引流为主，胆道镜取石及胆肠吻合亦较常用。结论：胆道再手术病因复杂，既有胆道疾病本身的原因，又有医源性因素；为降低再手术的发生率，应强调术前诊断明确，充分准备，术中仔细探查审慎操作，选择正确的术式。

Objective： To study the cause and treatment measures of bile duct reopera - tion. Methods： Retrospective analysis of clin- ical data Right from January 1998 to December 2010 were treated 47 cases of biliary tract reoperation in our hospital. Results： Biliary tract reoperation is mainly due to residual or recurrent biliary tract stones. Reope - ration approach to the exploration common bile duct stones and drain with the ＂T＂ tube, choledoehoseopie lithotomy and bihary -enteric. Conclusion： The cause of biliary tract re -operation is complicated, both bihary tract disease itself and iatrogenic factors are possible. To reduce the incidence of reoperation, we must empha- sis on the clear preoperative diagnosis, adequate preoperative , prudent operation, and choosing the proper technique.
