慢性荨麻疹患者户尘螨特异性IgE与IL－4的表达及意义

Expression and Significance of Derp＆#39;s IgE and IL-4 in Chronic Urticaria

目的：研究及探讨户尘螨特异性IgE与IL－4水平在慢性荨麻疹病人血清中的表达及相关性。方法：选择对户尘螨过敏的慢性荨麻疹患者41例，健康对照组20例；采用免疫印迹法测定慢性荨麻疹患者血清中户尘螨特异性IgE指标，采用ELISA法测定慢性荨麻疹患者血清中IL－4的指标。结果：慢性荨麻疹病人血清中户尘螨sIgE水平明显高于健康对照组，IL－4指标亦明显高于健康对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；慢性荨麻疹患者血清中户尘螨sIgE与IL－4水平无显著相关性（r为0．171，P＞0．05）。结论：户尘螨特异性IgE、IL－4水平与CU的发病有关；慢性荨麻疹病人血清中IgE水平的影响因素众多。

Objective：To explore the correlation between the specific Immunoglobulin E（sIgE） of Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus （ Derp） and Interleukin-4（ IL-4） levels presented in patients with chronic urticaria（ CU） .Methods：The serum levels of sIgE and IL-4 were determined by immunoblotting and ELISA respectively in 41 patients who are allergic to Der p and 20 normal controls.Results：The levels of sIgE and IL-4 were significant higher than those in normal controls（P〈0.05）.SIgE of Der p had no positive correlation with IL-4（r=0.717,P〉0.05）.Conclusion：This essay proves that sIgE of Der p and IL-4 play important roles in the process of CU.
