循证护理在急性胰腺炎非手术治疗中的应用

The Application of Evidence-Based Nursing in Non-operative Treatment of Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的：探讨循证护理在急性胰腺炎患者非手术治疗中的应用及效果。方法：通过临床评估确定护理诊断，查阅文献，选择最佳护理证据，制定护理计划，实施护理干预，将在我院接受非手术治疗的52例急性胰腺炎患者，按照就诊时间顺序被分为观察组和对照组，2组均采用非手术治疗的方法，对照组患者使用一般护理方法，观察组患者使用循证护理方法。比较2组患者平均住院日、腹痛消失时间、血淀粉酶正常时间、肛门排气时间，白细胞正常时间，并且记录患者对护理的满意程度。结果：3例患者未完成治疗，49例患者完整治疗、随访。观察组患者住院时间明显少于对照组；腹痛消失、肛门排气时间明显好于对照组，血淀粉酶、白细胞恢复正常时间无明显差异；而且对护理的满意程度明显高于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：循证护理在急性胰腺炎的非手术治疗中促进了患者病情转归，提高了患者的满意度，从而缩短了住院时间，节省了医疗资源。

Objective：To probe into the application and clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in non-operative treatment of pa-tients with acute pancreatitis.Methods：A total of 52 acute pancreatitis patients who were accepted non-operative treatment were divided into test group （28 cases） and control group （24 cases） randomly.Patients of control group were given conventional nursing care, and patients of test group were accepted evidence-based nursing.It was compared between two groups with days in hospital, stomachache ex-tinction time, time of hemodiastase recovery, time for passage of gas by anus, time of leucocyte recovery, besides of these, the degree of satisfaction of nursing care were recorded and compared.Results：49 cases patients accomplished the curing and nursing care, except 3 cases were unaccomplished.The days in hospital of the test group is obviously lower than the control group＆#39;s, stomachache extinction time and time for passage of gas by anus are lower than the control group＆#39;s, time of hemodiastase recovery and time of leucocyte recovery are not obviously different between two groups, moreover, the degree of satisfaction of nursing care is higher than the control group＆#39;s, the differ-ence is statistically significant.Conclusion：To carry out humanistic nursing care in non-operative treatment of patients with acute pan-creatitis can promote their curative effect and enhance comfort degree of patients, accordingly, reduce the time in hospital and spare the medical resource.
