Standards and Application of International Inland Electronic Navigation Charts

内河航行船舶需要比电子海图更大比例尺和更详细的导航信息,国际内河电子航道图协调组(IEHG)基于电子海图标准发布了内河电子航道图标准,将国际内河电子航道图标准与IHO ENC标准间的差异,在产品规范与要素目录、编码指南等方面进行详细的分析比较,并归纳分析其生产与应用情况,展望其标准在我国应用前景,指出我国规范的缺失和需要改进的问题。

To meet the requirement of inland river ships for electronic charts of larger scale and more detailed navigational information, international inland electronic navigational chart harmonization group （IEHG） published inland ENC standards based on electronic navigation chart （ ENC ） standards. The difference between inland ENC and the IHO ENC standards is compared and analyzed in the aspects of product specification and element directory, and coding guidelines for summarizing the production and application situation, as well as looking forward to its standard application prospect in our country, and pointing out the lack of specifications in our country and the problem need to be improved.
