摘要
可雇佣性指以学习能力为基点伴随个人职业发展相结合的一种综合能力。大学生的可雇佣性需要政府、企业、高校协同培养。以协同机制为保障,明确协同培养目标以及培养内容,以知识、技能、能力、特性四个方面的培养为路径,构建大学生可雇佣性生成机理。应从组织机构的成立、协同机制建立、课程体系开发、师资队伍建设、反馈评价体系等方面构建大学生可雇佣性技能培养新模式。
Employability refers to a kind of comprehensive capacity that goes with individual career development and with the learning ability as the base point. College students" employability requires the collaborative training from the government, the enterprise, and the college. To build the college students'employability generation mechanism, it is a need to define the goals and the contents of collaborative training guaranteed by the collaborative mechanism, and to take the trainings of knowledge, skills, capacity and character as the route. One shall build the new model of college students'employability skill training from the establishment of college students'employability skills training organization, construction of collaborative mechanism, curriculum development, teaching staff improvement, and feedback evaluation system.
