基于体素的形态测量学方法结合最新配准算法临床应用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 基于体素的形态测量学方法结合李代数微分同胚配准算法(VBM-DARTEL),其与传统及优化VBM相比更先进,对全脑结构改变的显示也更加敏感及精确。该技术对于多种疾病新病灶的检出已见报道,可进一步促进疾病的病理生理学机制的研究,故VBM-DARTEL拥有更加广阔的应用前景。在既往VBM临床应用的基础上,对其结合DARTEL配准算法的新的临床应用进展进行综述。 The VBM-DARTEL(voxel-based morphometry-diffeomorphic anatomical registration through exponential lie algebra,VBM-DARTEL)algorithm is more advanced than the traditional and optimized VBM, more sensitive and accurate to show the whole brain structure changes. It is reported that using VBM-DARTEL can detect new lesions of various diseases and contribute to the further study of pathophysiology of the disease mechanism. VBM-DARTEL has a more broad application prospects. Based on previous clinical application of VBM, we reviewed the clinical application and progress of the new algorithm-DARTEL.
