目的:探讨半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的疗效及护理措施。方法:98例带状疱疹患者在常规用药下配合半导体激光治疗1个疗程,综合护理贯穿于治疗的始终。结果:98例带状疱疹患者经过1个疗程半导体激光治疗后,88例痊愈,10例显效,无效0例,有效率为100%。结论:综合有效的护理措施及半导体激光治疗带状疱疹可减轻患者痛苦,缩短疗程,促进康复,值得推广。

Objective： To explore the curative effect of semiconductor laser on the treatment of herpes zoster and nursing meas- ures. Methods： A total of 98 cases of shingles rash were treated with semiconductor laser and blister with conventional drugs for a course of treatment, comprehensive care was throughout the treatment. Results： A total of 98 cases of herpes zoster after a course of semiconductor laser treatment, 88 cases recovered, 10 cases of pay off, 0 no effect, the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： Comprehensive and effective nursing measures and semiconductor laser treatment of herpes zoster can reduce pain, shorten the treat- ment course, promote the rehabilitation, is worth promoting.
