摘要
针对道岔转辙机相关的培训手段落后,培训时间长的问题,设计了一套道岔转辙机的自动化学习、培训系统。通过三维模型和虚拟现实技术,建构虚拟操作和维修场景,将设备的结构、工作原理等动态展示出来,使得用户通过使用该系统可以感受类真实操作过程。并开发了辅助维修软件,帮助设备人员对常见的故障进行引导式维修维护。
To address the backward means and time consumption of traditional training ot rail switch machine, we design a suite of automatic learning and training system for rail switch machine. With the help of 3-dimension modeling and virtual reality technology, we construct virtual operation and maintenance scenarios to make dynamic display of the structure and working principle of the equipment, which can enable the users to experience vivid operation process. Meanwhile, maintenance-aided software was also developed to help the users conduct guided repair and maintenance of common failures.
