摘要
以苯甲醇为载体,采用耐碱性分散橙HA、红HA-3B和蓝HA对涤纶织物进行低温碱性染色,研究了苯甲醇、碳酸钠、分散剂和染料质量分数以及染色温度、时间等因素对涤纶织物染色性能的影响。结果表明:苯甲醇可作为分散橙HA、红HA-3B和蓝HA低温染色载体。优化的工艺为:耐碱分散橙HA或分散红HA-3B1.5%(omf),分散蓝HA2.0%(omf),扩散剂NNO2g/L、碳酸钠10~20g/L、苯甲醇40g/L,染色温度100℃,保温时间60min。涤纶织物可获得较高的K/S值和耐洗、耐摩擦色牢度。
Low temperature and basic dyeing of polyester fabric is carried out with alkali-resistant Dis- perse Orange HA, Red HA-3B and Blue HA, and benzyl alcohol as the carrier. The influences of the concentrations of benzyl alcohol, sodium carbonate, dispersant and disperse dyes, as well as dyeing temperature and time on dyeing results of polyester fabric are analyzed. The results show that benzyl alcohol is a good carrier for alkali-resistant disperse dyeing of polyester fabric at low temperature. The optimal dyeing process is: 1.5% (omf) of Disperse Orange HA or Red HA-3B, 2.0%(omf) of Disperse Blue HA, NNO 2 g/L, sodium carbonate 10- 20 g/L, benzyl alcohol 40 g/L, dyeing at 100℃ for 60 min. The polyester dyeings feature higher K/S value and color fastness to rubbing and washing.
