美国“毒品战争”阴影下的矫正机构医疗危机

摘要美国的监禁率居世界第一，这很大程度上缘于20世纪60年代美国发动并延续至今的“毒品战争”。“毒品战争”导致矫正机构人满为患、矛盾丛生，毒品滥用又加剧了各类传染性疾病、精神疾病在服刑人员中大肆流行，使得美国矫正机构医疗负担过重，进而出现医疗危机。
