44例腔隙性脑梗死患者深部脑静脉回流形式与DSA动静脉循环时间的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨腔隙性脑梗死患者脑血管造影脑深部静脉回流形式与动静脉循环时间特征。方法对44例腔隙性脑梗死非急性期患者进行全脑脑血管造影,观察其脑深部静脉回流形式与DSA动静脉循环时间。结果 44例腔隙性脑梗死患者大脑深部静脉回流形式I型、Ⅱ型及Ⅲ型分别为8例(18.18%)、10例(22.73%)及26例(59.09%),Ⅲ型与I型及Ⅱ型深部静脉回流方式患者双侧DSA循环时间延长,在统计学上具有显著差异。结论脑部静脉回流形式的不同可能影响脑血流动力学的改变,可能是脑梗死形成的原因之一。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of venous drainage patterns and its relationship with cerebral circulation time in lacunar infaction. Methods Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) were performed in 44 non - acute cases of lacunar infaction, and venous drainage patterns were observed and cerebral circulation time (CCT) was assessed. Results Of the 44 cases, the number of patterns with Ⅰ type, Ⅱ type and Ⅲ type venous drainage patterns was respectively 8 ( 18. 18% ), 10(22. 73% ) and 26 (59. 09% ). The patients with Ⅲ type venous drainage pattern showed longer CCT than those of Ⅰ type and Ⅱ type venous drainage patterns. Conclusion Ⅲ type venous drainage pattern may affect the changes of cerebral hemodynamics,which may be one of risk factors of cerebral infarction.
