天津城市雕塑发展现状及对策研究

就总量而言,天津城市雕塑在国内处于中等水平;虽然其中不乏精品,但大多数雕塑在艺术界和媒体报道中知名度有限。城市雕塑发展中的问题折射了现实需求与建设机制、艺术规律与实际认知、雕塑推广与公众艺术教育等诸多矛盾。为推动天津城市雕塑艺术持续健康发展,有必要借鉴国内外同类城市的先进经验,立足天津经济基础与文化环境,通过管理、教育等领域的系列举措,从制度环境建设和实践操作两个层面入手,标本兼治,推动天津城市雕塑艺术发展。

The number of city sculpture in Tianjin ranks middle in China. It is undeniable that there are some masterpieces among them, but most of them are not well-known in the arts circle and less reported by media. the problems in the development of city sculpture reflect the contradictions between the cur-rent requirement and construction mechanism, between arts rules and current cognition, between sculp-ture popularization and public arts education, and other factors. To promote the healthy and sustainable development of Tianjin public sculpture, it is necessary to learn advanced experience from the counter-parts both at home and abroad. Based on economic and cultural environment in Tianjin, city sculpture can be promoted through a series of measures in management, education and other fields, and through the perfection of constructive mechanism and practical operations.
