摘要
目的:通过PDCA护理管理模式,解决和改进医疗设备在维护和保养方面的维修合格率,提高医疗人员对医疗设备维护保养的服务满意度。方法通过运用PDCA护理管理模式,制定PDCA护理管理的具体细则,对PDCA护理管理的实施结果进行反馈性改进。结果经过2年的PDCA护理管理医疗设备合格率由原先的51.67%-68.89%提高到70.00%-93.75%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);医疗人员的满意度由63.33%提高到90.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.963,P〈0.05)。结论PDCA护理管理模式持续、循环地提高医疗设备维护保养水平,使得医疗设备维护保养更加系统化、规范化,在实际工作中具有推广意义。
Objective By using PDCA management model, to solve and improve the surgical equipment in the qualified rate of maintenance and care and improve the surgical armarium maintenance service satisfaction. Methods We formulated the specific rules of PDCA management through carrying out PDCA management model, and improved according to the feedback of implementation. Results After 2 years of PDCA management of surgical armarium, the repair qualified rate from 51. 67% -68. 89% climbed to 70. 00% -93. 75% (P〈0. 05);the medical staff satisfaction increased from 63. 33% to 90. 00% (χ2 =5. 963,P〈0. 05). Conclusions PDCA management model can continually and recycling improve the level of surgical armarium maintenance, which leads to surgical armarium management more normalized and systematical. PDCA management model has significance to promote in clinical.
