摘要
目的:探讨小组扁平化管理和临床护理路径双重模式在消化内科病房中的应用。方法选择菏泽市立医院首批开展的优质护理服务示范病房消化内科为试点病房,采用小组扁平化管理和临床护理路径双重模式护理患者,比较实施此护理模式前后6个月各项护理质量评分、患者健康知识知晓率、患者对护理工作的满意度及呼叫器响铃次数。结果实施小组扁平化和临床护理路径双重模式后消化内科各项护理质量评分和患者对护理工作的满意度均高于实施前,各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论实施小组扁平化管理和临床护理路径双重模式能提高护理质量及患者对护理工作的满意度,减少呼叫器响铃次数。
Objective To investigate the application of the team flat management and clinical nursing pathway dual model in the bed-wards of Gastroenterology. Methods The Department of Gastroenterology, which was the model department for quality nursing service at the first batch in Heze Municipal Hospital, utilized flat management and clinical nursing pathway dual model. We compared the score of nursing quality, patients′awareness of health knowledge, patients′ satisfaction for nursing work and times of ringing bell between before and 6 months after implementation of the nursing model. Results After the application of the team flat management and clinical nursing pathway dual model, each score of nursing quality in Gastroenterology and patients′ satisfaction for nursing job were higher than those of the implementation, and each indexes had statistical significance compared with before implementation (P〈0. 05). Conclusions The implementation of the team flat management and clinical nursing pathway dual model can improve the nursing quality and patients′satisfaction as well as reduce frequency of the bell rings.
