铁尾矿-磷渣基复合矿物掺合料的梯级粉磨制备与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过激光粒度分析、RRB(Rosin-Rammler-Bennett)方程拟合、强度测定等测试手段,研究了梯级粉磨顺序、梯级粉磨时间对采用梯级粉磨工艺制备的铁尾矿-磷渣基复合矿物掺合料(简称TPCMA)的粒度分布特征及胶砂活性指数的影响,并通过TPCMA浆体强度和XRD、SEM测试分析了铁尾矿粉和TPCMA的火山灰反应活性。结果表明:将易磨性较差而活性较好的磷渣预先粉磨有利于TPCMA粉料中磷渣细颗粒含量的增加,提高其整体活性;合理的粉磨时间有助于提高TPCMA粉料颗粒分布的均匀性,提高胶砂流动度;铁尾矿粉自身具有微弱的火山灰活性,而TPCMA的火山灰活性相比铁尾矿粉则显著提高,且其火山灰活性的发挥主要体现在水化后期。 Through different test means such as laser granularity analyzer, RRB (Rosin-Rammler- Bennett) equation fitting and determination of strength, the influences of grinding order and grinding time on the preparation and properties of tailings-phosphorus slag based composite mineral addition (called TPCMA) with cascade-grinding were studied, meanwhile, mortar strength ratio, XRD and SEM were used to study the index of activity and micro-reaction. The results show grinding phosphorus slag which is hard but high activity first step should improve the fineness of TPCMA and its overall activity index. Reasonable combination of grinding time is better for improving the uniformity of TPCMA particle and the mortar liquidity. Iron tailings powder itself has a weak pozzolanic activity, while the TPCMA pozzolanic activity was improved significantly compared with iron tailings powder, and the pozzolanic activity was mainly reflected at the later stage of hydration.
