摘要
以熔铸AZS33#、AZS36#及AZS41#为研究对象,对其化学组成、体积密度和显气孔率、气泡析出率、静态下抗玻璃液侵蚀性能和显微结构分别进行了测试。并分析了这些化学组成、物理性能和显微结构三者之间的关系。主要利用化学组成与显微结构讨论了影响熔铸AZS耐火材料的气泡析出率和静态下抗玻璃液侵蚀性能结果的原因。为熔铸AZS耐火材料在玻璃熔窑的使用提供技术参考。
Fused-cast AZS33#, AZS36# and AZS41# are taken as the object of the research. Chemical composition, bulk density, apparent porosity, air bubble exudating ratio, static corrosion resistance to melting glass and microstrneture of these materials are tested. The relations between chemical compositions, physical properties and microstrnctures of the fused-cast AZS refractory material are analyzed. The reasons to affect the air bubble exudating ratio and the static corrosion resistance to melting glass of the fused-cast AZS refractory material are mainly discussed by using the chemical composition and mierostrncture of the material. The results and conclusions of the paper can be used as a reference of the application of fused-cast AZS refractory material for glass melting furnace.
