摘要
近年来大量文献报道了沸石及其复合物气体传感器的研究和设计。该类型传感器在选择性、稳定性、灵敏度以及响应范围上均表现出了优异的特性。本文以沸石的基本特性为主线,从沸石基气体传感器的制备方法和测试手段入手,总结了近些年主流沸石基气体传感器的气敏特性和敏感机理,并对未来沸石基气体传感器的发展趋势进行了阐述。
Recently, a lot of research and development of gas sensors based on zeolite and zeolite compound materials were reported. The gas sensors based on zeolite and zeolite compound materials showed good performance on the selectivity, stability, sensitivity, response range and so on. In this paper, the sensing properties and sensitive mechanism of zeolite-based sensors are summarized from the fabrication and test method of these sensors according to the properties of zeolite, and the development trend in the future of these types of zeolite-based gas sensors is explained.
