Legislative Progress of Community Corrections Act in China's Mainland and Its Official-Civil Interactions

自2003年在中国大陆由中央部门主导的社区矫正工作开展不久,即开始了制定社区矫正法的相关工作。这些年来,民间力量和官方机构在这方面进行了很多努力,立法工作取得了重要进展,而且,在这个过程中,双方之间发生了密切的互动,产生了显著的积极效果。

Since 2003 the community corrections sponsored by the central government of China's Mainland began shortly, the relevant legislative work of community corrections act started. In recent years, civil forces and official agencies have done a lot of effort in this respect; the legislative close interaction between both sides in this process ,which has work has made important progress. There has been a produced a significant positive effect.
