Schwartz综合征一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男性,36岁.因左眼视力下降伴不适感1个月余,于2013年12月19日至南京医科大学第一附属医院眼科就诊.患者在数十年前双眼有拳击伤史,无全身系统性疾病史.眼部检查：右眼视力1.0,左眼视力0.15.右眼未见明显异常.左眼结膜轻度充血,角膜雾状水肿,前房中深,棕色角膜后沉积物（keratic precipitate,KP）（＋）,Tyndall征、浮游颗粒（＋）,瞳孔圆,直径约3 mm,对光反射灵敏.
