摘要
以糠醛为溶剂,对克拉玛依减四线糠醛精制抽出油进行单级抽提试验,降低其中多环芳烃含量以生产橡胶填充油。在抽提时间20min,沉降时间20min的条件下,考察了剂油比和抽提温度对精制效果的影响,结果表明:随剂油比和抽提温度增加,精制油的多环芳烃含量、折光率及精制油收率均下降。当抽提温度60℃,剂油比3.5∶1,精制油的质量较好,在此条件下进行假三段试验,精制油中多环芳烃含量为0.6%,折光率为1.5120。
The furfural was used as solvent to refine the extract oil of Karamay vacuum fourth oil through single stage extraction experiment in order to reduce its polycyclic aromatics (PCA) content and produce extender oil for rubber. The effects of solvent/oil ratio and extraction temperature on the refining result were investigated when the sedimentation time and extraction time were both 20min. The experiment results showed that the PCA content, refractive index and yield of refined oil all reduced with the increasing of solvent/oil ratio and extraction temperature. The quality of refined oil was improved when the extraction temperature was 60℃ and the ratio of solvent to oil was 3.5:1. Under these conditions the hypothetical three- stage serial simulation experiment was carried out, and the PCA content and refractive index of refined oil was 0.6% and 1.5120 respectively.
