摘要
介绍了一种利用半连续乳液聚合工艺制备水性压敏胶的合成方法。该方法以CO-459和COPS-1为复合乳化剂,以丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、苯乙烯(St)为主要单体,同时添加丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸-2-羟丙酯(HPA)、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)和乙二酰肼(ADH)等作为功能单体参与共聚,并在此基础上添加H-843增黏剂,提高了乳液的性能。重点讨论了功能单体、乳化剂和增黏剂的加入对乳液的聚合及性能的影响。试验结果表明:当水性压敏胶中w(功能单体)=5%、w(乳化剂)=1.5%和w(H-843)=5%时,制得的乳液固含量高、黏度低,初黏力、持黏力和剥离强度俱佳,性能经实际上机使用满足客户的要求。
A method for preparing water-based pressure sensitive adhesive by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization technique is introduced. The CO-459 and COPS-1 are used as emulsifier, 2-EHA and styrene (St) are used as the key monomers and AA, HPA, DAAM and ADH are added to participate in the polymerization as the functional monomers. On this basis, the tackifier H-843 is added to improve the performance of the emul- sion. The effects of functional monomer, emulsifier and the addition of tackifier on the polymerization and performance of emulsion are discussed. The experimental result shows that when the w(functional monomer) is 5%, w(emulsifier) is 1.5%, and w(H-843 ) is 5%, the produced emulsion has high solid content, low viscosity, excellent initial adhesion, holding power and peel strength; and the performance can meet the customers' requirements which is confirm by actual use.
