一种聚合物稠油降黏剂的合成及评价 被引量:1

Synthesis and Evaluation of a Polymer Viscosity Reducer for Heavy Oil

摘要 针对目前稠油降黏剂存在的选择性强和降黏效果差等问题,通过向聚合物分子骨架上增加极性基团以降低稠油中胶质和沥青质的氢键作用,从而提高聚合物降黏剂的降黏效果。以甲基丙烯酸二十二酯、马来酸酐、丙烯酰胺和苯乙烯为原料,经过聚合反应制得了一种聚合物稠油降黏剂,并对其进行了红外光谱表征。实验中分别考察了温度、降黏剂加入量对降黏效果的影响,实验结果表明该降黏剂能在常温下较大幅度地降低稠油黏度,60℃时其最佳加入量为400mg/L,是一种良好的聚合物稠油降黏剂。 At present, the viscosity reducer has some inferior properties such as strong selectivity and low viscosity reduction rate. The viscosity reducing effect of polymer viscosity reducer was improved by increasing polar groups of the polyurethane molecule to reduce hydrogen bonding of colloid and asphaltene in heavy oil. A polymer viscosity reducer was synthesized by polymerization with using docosyl methacrylate, maleic anhydride, acrylamide and styrene as raw materials. The structure of product was characterized by the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The effects of temperature and amount of viscosity reducer on the viscosity reducing were studied. The results showed that the optimum amount of the prepared viscosity reducer was 400mg/L at 60℃ and it could greatly reduce the viscosity of heavy oil at room temperature, which meant it was a good polymer viscosity reducer.
