摘要
以呼伦贝尔市陈巴尔虎草原为研究对象,通过对1970 ~ 2005年气象数据的统计分析来确定草原降水量的主要特征,并利用主成分分析法建立陈巴尔虎草原降水量的预测模型.对有关决策部门提供理论依据的同时可提高自然灾害的应对能力.
In this paper, Hoqin Bargu Grassland of Hulunbuir is analyzed. Through statistical analysis of meteorological data 1970 ~ 2005 to determining the main characteristics of grassland precipitation, and predictive models of Hoqin Bargu Grassland is built by using principal component analysis. A theoretical basis for the relevant decision - making departments is provided, while the ability of responding to natural disasters is improved.
