摘要
选用高温固相反应法制备多晶样品Nd0.5Ca0.5Mn0.85Al0.15O3.通过XRD表明样品为单相正交的钙钛矿结构,空间群Pnma.通过物理性质测量系统对样品M-T,M-H性质进行测量,表明低温下样品呈相分离态,磁有序的冻结温度为32 K,铁磁团簇的自旋阻塞温度为4 K.2 K温度下有磁滞现象.
Polyerystalline sample Nd0.5 Ca0.5 Mn0.85 Al0.15 O3 was synthesized by high temperatrue solid - state reaction. XRD results show that the sample is single -phase orthorhombic structure, Pmna space group. The M- T,M- H were tested through physical property measurement system. Samples show that low temperature separation condition. The freezing temperature of magnetic order is 32 K. Spin ferromagnetic clusters of blocking the temperature is 4 K. There is hysteresis phenomenon under 2 K temoerature.
