黑龙江省伊春市经济与环境耦合关系研究

The Study of Coupling Relationship between the Economy and Environment in Yichun City of Heilongjiang Province

在建立伊春市经济与环境耦合关系指标评价体系的基础上，运用熵值赋权法和耦合协调度模型分析了伊春市2003—2012年社会经济和环境质量的耦合关系．研究结果表明：伊春市经济与环境耦舍协调水平较低，但发展趋势是稳步上升的，大体可以分为三个阶段：失调衰退期（2003～2005年）、调整改善期（2006～2008年）、协调发展期（2009～2012年）．要改变目前伊春市经济与环境的耦合协调水平较低的现状，必须加快经济转型，大力发展接续替代产业，加快产业升级，加强生态功能区建设和生态环境治理，实现经济与环境的协调可持续发展．

Based on the establishment of a index evaluation system in economy and environment coupling in Yichun City the coupling between social economy and environment quality applied entropy weighting method and coordination degree model from 2003 to 2012 in Yichun City are analyzed. The results show that： the level of coordination in economy and environment coupling in Yichun. But it have a rising tendency. It can be roughly divided into three stages ： the period if offset and recession （2003 ~ 2005 ）, the period of adjustment and improvement （2006 - 2008 ） and the coordinated development period （2009 ~ 2012）. In order to change the current lower level of coupling coordination between economy and environment in Yichun. the economic restructuring be accelerated, alternative industries must be developed, industrial upgrading must be sped up, the construction of ecological function areas and governance of ecological environment are strengthened. Then the goal of coordinate and sustainable development between economy and environment is to be achieved.
