高校内部招投标与监督工作存在问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Inner Tenders and Bids as well as the Supervision Work in Higher Colleges

行为主体强烈的趋利性使加强高校招投标活动的监督成为高校纪检监察部门的一项重要职责。笔者在分析高校内部招投标监督工作和招投标工作存在的主要问题的基础上提出了针对性建议。

Strong profit seeking of behavior subjects makes the supervision,implemented by inspection and supervision division an important job of the tenders and bids in higher colleges.On the analysis of supervision over the inner tenders and bids as well as the existing problems,the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
