摘要
本文通过对高职辅导员与专业课教师思想政治教育协同配合方面的现状进行研究,找出影响辅导员配合的影响因素,从而找到辅导员与专业课老师思想教育协同配合的应采取的策略,改变辅导员以往的单干教育模式,将团队教育融入目标教育之中,使辅导员与专业课教师精诚团结,以更好地状态培养出职业教育的优秀人才。
Through the vocational counselors and professional teachers of ideological and political education coordination as-pects of the status,this paper aims to find out the influence factors of influencing counselor with to find the cooperation of coun-selors and teachers of major courses of ideological education.We should take the strategy and make the auxiliary guiding mem-ber and professional teachers solidarity to better cultivate talents in vocational education.
