在当前社会转型和经济转制时期,贫富差距日益增大,弱势群体问题愈发严重,对社会稳定和经济发展产生了巨大的负面影响。因此,社会弱势群体问题已经成为当前亟须解决的重大课题,其解决有着重要的现实价值。本文拟从弱势群体的概念出发,在了解经济法视角下弱势群体保护的现状基础上,提出了如何更好地保护弱势群体的具体对策。

In the period of current social transformation and economic transformation,the growing gap between the rich and the poor and vulnerable groups is increasingly serious.Therefore,the problem of social vulnerable groups has become the current urgent need to solve the major issue,the solution has an important practical value.From the concept of vulnerable groups of in understanding,from the perspective of the economic law protection of vulnerable groups,this paper puts forward how to better protect vulnerable groups of specific measures on the basis of the current status.
