如何成为一名反思型英语教师

摘要 随着高考英语改革的提出,及整个教育与课程改革的发展,提高英语教师的素质,不仅旨在促进英语教师专业知识与技能的发展,还要培养教师在自身教学实践中进行反思。培养反思型英语教师成为教师专业化的核心和关键。本文从反思型教师的定义及发展现状出发,探讨培养反思型教师的途径,以自我反思的实例研究,分析如何成为一名合格的反思型英语教师。 With the development of education and curriculum reformation,how to improve teachers'quality and promote their professional development has become the most concerned issue.Although many teachers have mastered certain professional the-oretical knowledge and skills,they still ask for practical knowledge deriving from their own teaching practice and self -reflec-tion.Therefore,helping teachers to be reflective becomes the center of teachers'specialization development,which leaves a great theoretical and practical significance on education.Firstly,this paper retrospects the development of reflective teachers at home and abroad;secondly,it analyzes the current situation of reflective teachers in English teaching.Thirdly,this paper puts forward some suggestions for cultivating and improving teachers'reflective consciousness and ability.In the end,it enumerates an example on how to be a reflective English teacher.
