摘要
构建高效课堂并不是对某些教学理论、专家思想的简单应用,也不是在已有课堂教学中作简单的加减,更不是课题研究过程中的展示课,而是要深入到教师日常教学活动中去,是将少数人的行为转化为一群人、每一个人的行为。学校教研机构是"校长—教研主任—教研组长—教师"教研链条上的中间环节,执行力如何,直接关系到学校高效课堂的构建和日常化运作。
Construction of high-efficiency classroom is not simply the application of certain teaching theories and so-called experts' ideologies, nor the simple addition of the new or minus of the old in classroom teaching, and even nor the teaching demons during the process of project research, but rather an immersion into teachers daily teaching activities so as to converting behaviors from the few to the group. School educational institutions serves as the intermediate interlocking in the relations along the line of school principals, teaching and research directors, head of the teaching and research group, and teachers. Its executive capacity is directly related to the construction and daily operation of high-efficiency classroom.
