摘要
自20世纪末,私立高等教育在全球范围内快速发展。总体而言,私立高等教育部分主要分为非营利性私立高校和营利性私立高等教育机构。非营利性高校部分呈现出"冰火两重天"的特征,营利性的高等教育机构则主要有公司大学、公司拥有的大学、不授予学位的机构和授予学位的机构等四种类型。
The scale of the private higher education has been zoomed up since the end of the 20 th century. Generally speaking,private sector can be divided into not- for- profit institutions and for- profit ones. The institutions in the former category stand on the both ends of the spectrum in terms of the academic capacity. The latter one is mainly consisted of the Corporate universities,Corporate- owned universities,Non- degree granting institutions,Degree- granting institutions.
