高职院校教育行政管理中执行力的构建思考

随着我国社会经济迅猛发展,当前首要任务之一就是不断壮大人才队伍,培养越来越多能够适应时代发展的高素质人才。在这种情况下,高职院校的建设与管理被突显得尤为重要。但是目前高职院校的行政管理模式仍然存在诸多漏洞,受到管理方式不当的限制,必然会导致执行力相对降低。本文从探讨高职院校教育行政管理出发,提出能够提高行政管理执行力的建设性建议。

With the rapid development of social economy in China,one of the main tasks is to grow the talent team and to meet the high quality talents that can adapt to the development of the times. In this situation,the construction and management of higher vocational colleges is very important.
