随着我国经济的多元化发展,水产养殖产业对人才的需求量逐渐上升,面对当前大专院校水产养殖专业人才的培养现状,迫切需要进行人才培养模式的改革。通过建立校企合作的人才培养模式,使学生在掌握专业理论知识的基础之上,增加对水产养殖技术的实践锻炼,促进专业知识与生产实际的深入沟通,增加大专院校水产养殖专业毕业生的就业竞争力。

With the diversified development of the economy in our country,the aquaculture industry,the demand for talent is rising gradually. In the face of the current colleges and universities aquaculture professional talented person’s raise present situation,the urgent need to reform the personnel training mode. Through the establishment of university- enterprise cooperation mode of talent training,to make the students on the basis of master professional theory knowledge,increase the practice of aquaculture technology,promoting in- depth communication,professional knowledge and actual production increase colleges aquaculture employment competitiveness of graduates.
