人本导向下城镇化与产业化互动发展研究——以湖北省12个城市的数据计算为基础

People orientation Research on the Interactive Development of Urbanization and Industrialization

新时期的城镇化是一种区别于以土地城镇化为主要形式的新型城镇化。它要求产业发展、城市建设和人的发展达到三者良性互动发展,做到"以产促城,以城兴产,产城人融合",其本质是从功能主义导向向人本主义导向的一种回归。选取湖北12个城市作为研究对象,运用计量分析方法,分析各城市人本导向下城镇化与产业化互动发展的特点,旨在为湖北未来的城镇化发展中,调和城镇化与产业化的关系提供参考。

In the new period of urbanization,it is different from urbanization of land. The integrated development of industries and cities claims the integration of industry and urban function,the spatial integration and value integration,achieving the goals of promoting the city with industry,driving the industry with city,integrating the industry,city and people with each other.The essence of the integrated development of industries and cities is a regression from functionalistic orientation to humanistic orientation. This paper selects 12 Hubei cities as the research object,using quantitative analysis method,for analyzing the characteristics of the urbanization and industrialization of the interactive development under the background of people orientation.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for future development of Hubei urbanization.
