琼崖红色文化资源的开发与建设,是弘扬琼崖革命精神、进行中国梦教育的有效途径;是传承和延伸海南本土文化的平台;是建设国际旅游岛、实现绿色崛起的产业支撑。国际旅游岛背景下,琼崖红色文化资源的开发与建设应以政府为主导,进行科学规划;社会效益为先,打好"红色"、"绿色"、"蓝色"、"古色"文化资源组合拳;理顺文化管理体制,助推红色文化产业发展。
Development and construction of the Qiong Ya red cultural resources,is to carry forward the Qiongya revolutionary spirit and the Chinese dream is an effective means of education; is the inheritance and extends the Hainan local culture platform; is the industry to support the construction of international tourism island,realize the rise of the green. Under the background of international tourism island,the development and construction of Qiong Ya red cultural resources should be guided by the government,scientific planning; Social benefits for the first,playing the ＂ red＂, ＂ green＂, ＂ blue ＂, ＂ ancient ＂ culture resources combined; straighten out the cultural management system,boost the red culture industry development.
