新形势下农民工市民化面临的困境及解决办法

Difficulties and Solutions Faced by the Citizenization of Peasant Workers under the New Situation

本文认为若要促进城镇化就应先促进农民工市民化,再逐步在农村实现农业现代化,使得农民生活富足。并指出政府应该为农民工问题上提供保证,来促进农民工市民化。实现农业现代化时,政府应明确土地财产权,活化农民土地财产权;改变原有的以家庭经营为主的农业;发展科技,提高农民的素质来促进农业现代化。

In this paper,if we want to promote the urbanization we should promote the migrant workers,and then gradually achieve agricultural modernization in the rural areas. We can makethe farmers living prosperous. And the paper pointed out that the government should deal with the problem of migrant workers to promote the migrant workers of the public.
