文物古迹保护的困境与对策初步探析——以夏邑县济阳镇隋唐大运河遗址为例

The Plight of Protecting the Cultural Relics and Preliminary Analysis Strategies-the Sui and Tang Grand Canal Relic in Xiayi,Jiyang as an Example

文物古迹是具有历史价值、科学价值和艺术价值、遗存在社会上或埋藏于地下的历史文化遗物和遗迹,是古代人民辛勤劳动的结晶。本文所调研的河南省夏邑县济阳镇隋唐大运河遗址作为文化古迹,有着很高的历史文化价值,应该受到较好的保护,然而因为经济和社会等各方面的原因,大运河遗址的保护工作不是很完善。本文通过实地考查和文献资料相结合的方式分析了大运河遗址没有受到保护的原因,并提出相应的建议,以期能够在今后的保护工作中能够发挥作用。

Heritage is cultural relics and historical sites,which has historical value,scientific and artistic value. It remains in the community or buried underground. It is the crystallization of ancient people’s hard work. Henan Province,Xia Yi Jiyang town Sui and Tang Grand Canal as a cultural heritage site,has a very high historical and cultural value. It should be well protected,but because of economic and social aspects,the protection work of Sui and Tang Grand Canal is not very well. Through field research and a combination of literature,this paper analyzes the causes of grand canal unprotected and makes recommendations with a view to be able to play a role in future conservation efforts.
